We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, here's how exchanges and refunds work.
Exchange policy — within 7 days
Damaged item — exchange with the same item.
Wrong item received — exchange with the same item.
Size issue — exchange with the same variant item.
If the exact item is not available, our team will assist you with the closest available variant or process a refund.
How to start an exchange
Email us at nishvaryajewels@gmail.com with your order number within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, in their original packaging with the hallmark tag intact.
Refund timelines
Where a refund is processed, it is issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after the piece reaches us and passes a quality check.
